DESCRIPTION

Day 1- ARRIVAL.

Meet and greet at Entebbe International Airport where your Uganda Adventure Safari starts our representative will warmly welcome you and facilitate seamless arrival formalities. You will then be transferred to your hotel where you will be briefed about your adventure safari.

Depending on the time of arrival you are advised to have money Changed on this day and time allowing you may go for city tour with the help of our driver/guide.

Day 2: TRANSFER TO JINJA - SUNSET CRUISE ON THE NILE

After breakfast drive to the eastern part of the country and drive through Mabira forest which extends more than 300km2, the it is primarily composed of moist semi-deciduous forest in which more than 200 tree spp have been identified, continue to Bujagali falls, watch the real sparkling white water of the Nile as it forces its way through the stones to the Mediterranean Sea, Source of the Nile for a sunset cruise. Dinner and overnight at 2 Friends Guest House.

Day 3: FULL DAY RAFTING

After breakfast you will take the wild water rafting this is our most popular trip in Jinja. And for good reason. With eight major rapids, including two grade 5 rapids, this is easily one of the most fun stretches of river that you’ll ever raft. Why? Because of its profile and its high volume, The Nile is a really safe river to raft on and this means our guides can accommodate everyone's wishes, from those wanting to go as hard as possible, to those wanting to avoid swimming. Have a barbeque at the Nile before returning to your lodge. dinner and overnight.

Day 4: QUAD BIKING.

Start times every day between 8.15am and 4.45pm. We tailor our safaris to suit each group. Easy trails make up the start of the trip and then we have the option of more challenging and technical sections if suitable or your focus is more on sightseeing and cultural aspects. We follow the Nile downstream from Bujagali Falls and then away from the river banks, through farmland, forest and small villages in rural Uganda.

We stop at various viewpoints and points of interest. For the more adventurous we have a trail ride down the steep banks to the water's edge below the Bujagali Dam. Along the routes that we choose to give you the best possible safari, there are great photo opportunities.

You have the opportunity for brief stops in some of the small villages and trading centres for a chance to meet the people living in the area. Your guide(s) carry bottled water and money to buy cold drinks at one of the Trading Centres that you will ride through.

Day 5: Jinja – Entebbe

After breakfast, depart for Entebbe with a stopover for lunch at Kampala. Arrive in Entebbe later in the afternoon in time for your flight.
